Terms

This website is an information hub, not a store. You buy our games on platforms such as Steam, the Apple App Store, and Google Play, or play free on Reddit, under those platforms' terms. We grant you a license to play. Play fairly, do not tamper with the games, and Colorado law applies.

You must be at least 13 years old to play the games these Terms cover or create an account, and older where your country requires it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Our education games for children under 13, such as MathBlaster, are not covered by these Terms; each has its own terms, like the MathBlaster terms.

Our paid games are sold, downloaded, and updated through platforms such as Steam, the Apple App Store, and Google Play, and the free Bark Breaker Daily is played on Reddit. Purchases, payments, refunds, and billing happen on the platform you choose, under its terms and refund policy, never through us. Each platform's own agreements, including any standard license it applies, also govern what you do there, and they control for purchases, refunds, and platform accounts.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play our games for your own non-commercial use. We and our partners keep all rights not expressly granted. You agree not to:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute our games, except as the platform expressly allows;
• reverse engineer or decompile them, except to the extent the law permits despite this restriction;
• cheat, exploit, use bots or unauthorized tools, falsify leaderboard results, or tamper with or disrupt our games or their security;
• use our games to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

Accounts are optional; you can play without one. If you create one, give us a working email address for one-time sign-in codes, keep it current, and treat activity under your account as yours. Pick a username fit for a public leaderboard; we may reset names or scores that are offensive, misleading, or gained by cheating. An account carries your progress across our games, but it does not give you ownership of a game on a platform where you have not bought it. You can delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms.

barkbreaker.online is a temporary, invitation-only beta portal, and beta builds are works in progress. They are provided as is and may change, break, lose progress, or end at any time, and beta data may be wiped, including when the portal retires. We may ask you to keep unreleased details confidential, and nothing you see in a beta is a promise of what will ship.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them without obligation or payment to you.

The website and our games, including the Yeenon Games name, logos, art, code, and game content, belong to Yeenon, LLC or our partners and are protected by law. Materials we mark as available for press may be used to cover our work; everything else needs our written permission.

Our website and games are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise they will always be available or error-free. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent the law allows, Yeenon, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to cover and hold Yeenon, LLC harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the website or our games or your violation of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.

We may suspend or end your access to the website, our games, or your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers, and the limitation of liability, survive.

We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do, with a more visible notice for significant changes. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If you have a concern, contact us first at privacy@yeenon.games so we can try to resolve it. Disputes we cannot resolve informally go to the state or federal courts located in Colorado, to the extent the law allows, and nothing here limits rights you have under the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
