Yeenon, LLC ("Yeenon Games," "we," or "our") is a small game studio in Colorado, United States. This policy covers yeenon.games, our general-audience games, and the optional account some of them offer. Our education games for children under 13 each have their own children's privacy policy, described below. This one explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
The short version
We do not sell personal information, we do not run ads, and we do not track you across apps or build advertising profiles. Most ways to play our games send us nothing at all. If you join a beta or create an optional account, we collect the minimum needed to run it, and you can delete it at any time.
Our games
Bark Breaker Daily on Reddit. The free daily runs entirely inside Reddit. It sends nothing to us; your scores and Reddit name stay in Reddit's systems under Reddit's own privacy policy.
Paid store builds, coming. Bark Breaker Pro will ship on Steam, the Apple App Store, and Google Play; none are live yet. Your purchase, payment details, and store account are handled by the platform under its own policy; we never receive them. If those builds offer to share play statistics with us, it will be a choice presented under each store's privacy rules, and our disclosures will follow each platform's requirements at launch.
The beta portal. barkbreaker.online is a temporary home for a small closed beta of invited testers, and it will retire when the store builds ship. It offers an optional account: an email address, a username, one-time sign-in codes sent by email, cloud saves, and a leaderboard. You can play without an account, and your progress then stays on your device. Beta builds can also send us play data: run statistics such as combat numbers, upgrade choices, and outcomes, tied to a random install ID stored in your browser and, when you are signed in, your account ID. Play data itself contains no name, no contact details, no location, no advertising identifiers, and no device fingerprints. It exists so we can balance the game, and you control it with the SHARE PLAY DATA option in Settings; turning it off stops collection.
Our education games. Our education titles for children under 13, starting with MathBlaster, are separate products with their own children's privacy policies, not this one. See the MathBlaster privacy policy. We will list future education titles here as they launch.
The website
yeenon.games uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting providers keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to serve the sites and keep them secure. If you write to us or apply for a beta, we collect what you send and use it only to respond.
How we use information
We use this information to run the games and the site, sign you in and sync your saves, show leaderboards, balance and debug the games, send the account emails you request, answer you when you write to us, and meet our legal obligations. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that store our data, deliver our email, and host our sites. They act on our instructions and must protect your data at least as strongly as this policy does. Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it or if the studio itself changes hands. We never sell it, and no one gets it for advertising.
Your choices and deletion
Turn play data off at any time with SHARE PLAY DATA in the game's Settings. Delete your account, and the data tied to it, from Settings in the game or by emailing privacy@yeenon.games; we will confirm when it is done. Wherever you live, you can also email us to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to object to how it is used, and we will answer as the law requires. If you live somewhere with a data protection authority, you may also complain to it.
How long we keep it
Account data lasts until you delete your account. Play data is kept only while it is useful for balancing, then deleted. Beta data may be wiped when the beta ends. Hosting logs and sign-in emails are kept for a short period.
Children
The games and site this policy covers are for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through them, and if we learn a child under 13 has created an account on a service this policy covers, we delete it. Our education games for children under 13 are different: they are child-directed and governed by their own children's privacy policies, so if you are an education player or the parent of one, see that title's policy, such as the MathBlaster privacy policy. Security and where data lives
We operate from the United States, and our providers may store your data there; it is encrypted in transit. Sign-in uses one-time codes, so there is no password to steal. We collect little and limit who can access it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above, with a more visible notice for significant changes.
